General Conditions
Faulty GoodsA defective product may be returned for a refund or replaced with the same item. Should you have the misfortune of receiving a faulty or damaged product, please e-mail us indicating the problem and we will be happy to replace the item with the same product purchased. Liability can not be accepted for any problems arising as a direct result of mishandling the products. You are required to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) and shipping instructions. Please e-mail us detailing the defect and we will respond with the RA and shipping instructions. Once the returned goods are received by us, the replacement product will be shipped within 2 business days. |
