Returns Policy
- We do not refund or credit for incorrect choice. Our returns procedure is:
- An Return Authorisation number must be obtained from our customer service department before any goods are returned, the Return Authority number must be clearly written on the shipping label.
- All costs incurred in returning the products to us for repair, replacement or credit are your responsibility.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. You must not write on or attach labels to the products being returned.
- We accept no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to insure them.
- We will not accept goods sent to us as receiver pays or without a clearly marked Return Authority number. If an Return Authority number cannot be identified Little Billies will be unable to accept delivery of the returned goods.
- An Return Authority number does not guarantee credit, repair or replacement. It is simply an authorisation to return goods to us.
General Conditions
- Return Authorities are valid for 14 days only, any item sent after these 14 days will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that:
- are incomplete or missing parts; or are not returned in their original retail plastic packaging.
- show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging.
- do not include a valid Return Authorisation Number on the shipping label.
- If you receive a product that appears to have been damaged in transit from us to you notify our Customer Service staff immediately
Faulty Goods
A defective product may be returned for a refund or replaced with the same item.
Should you have the misfortune of receiving a faulty or damaged product, please e-mail us indicating the problem and we will be happy to replace the item with the same product purchased.
Liability can not be accepted for any problems arising as a direct result of mishandling the products.
You are required to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) and shipping instructions. Please e-mail us detailing the defect and we will respond with the RA and shipping instructions. Once the returned goods are received by us, the replacement product will be shipped within 2 business days.
