| How long will my order take to arrive? |
We make all of our personalised magnetic charts to order, to give you the option to tailor a chart specific to your child's interests. Please allow 7-10 days for production of the charts to your order. Orders are then sent by the delivery method selected. However most of our customers in Australia receive their order within 1-3 days of the order being sent. Where orders do not include a personalised chart, orders are dispatched within 24 hours. |
| How much do you charge for postage? |
| Please refer to the shopping cart, just type in your postcode and receive your delivery quote without inputting any of your personal information! |
| What payment methods do you accept? |
| We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Direct Deposit. |
| Will the charts stick to my fridge? |
| If you fridge is a standard white fridge the charts will stick. In most cases of stainless steel, titanium and other finishes on fridges the charts will not stick. However, we do sell Magnetic Whiteboards for those instances, or magnetic whiteboards can be picked up from your local Officeworks, Big W, K-mart, etc. |
| Do the charts include the individual reward-activity magnets? |
| Yes, they do! Under each product it will list the magnets included, there will also be images in the gallery under each product for you to refer to. |
| Do you do custom orders? |
| We are happy to provide quotes on custom magnets, but please note that all existing packs are as stated. Additional magnets would be in addition to one of our existing products and will be quoted on depending on your requests. |
