Eleanor Formaggio is a qualified counsellor specialising in parenting and child behaviour.  Eleanor holds a Bachelor of Applied Social Science degree.   As a child behaviour consultant, Eleanor offers her personal expertise in child behaviour, child development and personality to assist parents to manage and find solutions to modify their child’s behaviour. 

Eleanor is the director of Parent with Potential Pty Ltd which developed the Personality Rating Scale for preschool age children.  This helps to explain to parents why their child may behave the way they do and leads to improved communication between parents and their children. Eleanor has had great success with behaviour issues such as tantrums, sleep issues, understanding child motivation, managing difficult behaviour and issues in school. She also runs workshops on topics such as Managing difficult behaviour for 2-3 and 4-5 year olds, the Preschooler Personality Program and workshops on self-esteem. Eleanor is based in the suburb of Castle Hill.
